Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Please remember that fresh flowers are highly perishable, delicate, and time-sensitive products which require frequent care. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal. In those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.

Please inspect your flowers upon arrival and immediately report any flower damage or other concerns the day your flowers arrive. In the case of a necessary replacement, a fresh floral arrangement or plant will be delivered and the previous delivery will be picked up.

Flower arrangements are guarenteed for 7 days after delivery.

Plants are guarenteed for 30 days after delivery.

When I ordered the plant for ____ last week, I was impressed with the gal who helped me. (Sorry, I cannot remember her name!)  She was kind, helpful, thorough, did not push me to buy more expensive flowers. (which so many shops do)

 

Earlier, I had called another Casper shop, website had beautiful bouquets, marked down. Website said free delivery. I was looking at one, marked down to $49.99, The shop employee went all through it with me, total of $75.  Wow! Really?

I have never written a letter like this before.  I have sent many bouquets of flowers over the past twenty years after leaving home for the military.  It has become the “norm” not to expect much after you hang up the phone from placing the order.  I have received different pictures and comments from different deliveries and it usually is a big disappointment.  HOWERVER this is not the case from the recent purchase and delivery from your business.  I have never used your services before and I have to say if you were located in every state I would not use anyone else!  Your floral arrangement is as perfect as it could possibly be, words cannot express my gratitude to the fact that your staff took the time to listen to what I wanted and the arrangement shows the caring attention that was put into it.   Thank you, thank you and please know that you are doing a great job and it means a lot to the person sending them and receiving them.

A local delivery fee of $13.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Priority Delivery is offered upon request with an additional delivery fee. This delivery ensures your bouquet to be delivered within 2 hours of placing the order. Priority Delivery is available with your online purchase. Priority Deliveries requested during closed hours will be delivered by 10:00 A.M. the next business day. 

Express Delivery is also available upon request. This option ensures your delivery to be made within the next hour after placing your order. To request Express Delivery, please contact our floral team, (307)237-2577. Express Delivery is not availble on any online purchases.  Express Delivery require an additional delivery fee. 


We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
